Hi There, we're sorry for the mix-up. The correct item has been express posted to you. Thanks for your patience.
Really fast delivery. Excellent customer service. Fantastic prices. Will definitely be coming back again.
Prompt service, well packed, well made BUT does not respond promptly to touch screen commands such as STOP. Can lead to very very painful event. So I drilled a 3 mm hole in tube. Cover with finger and release to reduce pressure. Gives reassurance it won’t keep going and cause injury.
Hi there, thank you for sharing your experience. We appreciate your feedback and are glad you found the product well made. We’re sorry to hear about the touchscreen responsiveness issue. Your safety is important to us, and we recommend contacting us directly so we can assist you further. Thank you for your understanding!
Its very hard to find a cylindrical anal pump that can expand to 80mm for the anal sphincter and the ****. I don't want to keep an expanding **** around the place that can't expand up 80mm and cones are harder to discreetly store.
web site organized nice and delivery was reasonable fast for the standard shipping
Great service - good range, fast delivery, reasonable prices.
5 out 5 for the service from Ben, he has been terrific when a couple of issues arose with a few purchases.
Everything top rate, website and customer experience and great communication.
Great service, resolved and issue immediately with great satisfaction, thank you guys heaps
Adult Stuff Warehouse is my first choice! The website is easy to use, well organised, and with clear product info. Fast, discreet delivery and great customer service. Highly recommend!
Not very good at communicating with this vendor
Hi There,
Thanks for your feedback, and apologies for the frustration this caused.
I can see that the tracking number has now been provided. There was a longer than usual delay in that information coming through from the shipping provider, which can happen at times, especially during busy periods.
If you ever have shipping or delivery concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly. We’re always happy to check on an order and follow things up for you.
Sorry again for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience.
Kind regards
Adult Stuff Warehouse Team
Perfect service, great selection and rapid delivery... what's not to love.
Fast delivery… genuinely from Sydney.
Great company with quick postage and excellent after sales service. My item stopped working (which was not at all their fault) and they processed my warranty claim super easily and quckly. I'll be using them again
Items were delivered quickly, and the staff were able to fix up an issue with the shipping quickly. Very happy
A friend had suggested I have a look at the online store and I finally got around to it.
Huge range of products and decent prices so decided to get a few things.
Order process was simple and they were not only quick at getting things to me but they were great at letting me know where my order was at every step on the way.
Definitely worth trying out.
Placed and order and had it shipped and delivered within 5 days!
Now that’s service
was able to search and navigate around the sections easy. Found lots of interesting items I hadn't seen before.
Best Store for all my needs, I have placed multiple orders and love the range and prompt shipping.
I buy adult toys and lube on a regular basis, I came across Adult Stuff Warehouse via google shopping and have never looked back.
They have great customer service too.
