We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders. We may limit quantities or restrict purchases made under the same account or shipping address. If we make changes to your order, we may contact you via the provided email or phone. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and update your details as necessary.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of checkout. Once payment has been made, orders are processed for fulfilment promptly and we are unable to amend the delivery address on your behalf. Please check your address carefully before completing your order.

If you become aware of an error in your delivery address after your order has been placed, you may be able to arrange a redirection directly with the relevant shipping carrier once a tracking number has been provided. Any such redirection is arranged solely between you and the carrier, and we are not responsible for the outcome of a carrier redirect, including delivery to an incorrect, unintended, or unauthorised address, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act, the UK Consumer Rights Act, or applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.

We may provide access to third-party tools without warranties. Your use of these tools is entirely at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or transactions. Review their terms before engaging.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or content, you agree we may use it freely and without obligation. You agree not to post illegal or infringing content and that you are responsible for your submissions.

These Terms, along with our policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Any ambiguities shall not be construed against the drafting party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. However, your local consumer protection laws may also apply and prevail where required (for example, UK, NZ, or U.S. law).

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, including incorrect size or personal preference, where the packaging has been opened or the item has been used. This is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, UK hygiene regulations, U.S. state hygiene standards, and other international health standards relating to adult products. However, if a product is faulty, incorrectly described, not fit for purpose, or fails to meet consumer guarantees, you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair as required by law.
